Diablo 3 pre-order dlc not working?

I'm sure what I am going wrong or if this is the right place to ask.

I installed pkg, I used ReactPsn to install the .rap file. (aka aa turned into Reactpsn etc) - hit the x button.

When I load up, I cant find the items anywhere. Is there a way I can tell if it installed correctly?I didnt see any packages (bubbles) i needed to install in XMB.

Using the latest Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil edition.

Does this somehow only work on the vanilla version?

I'm not familiar with that game, but rap files are named after content id. within the content id is the title id, so make sure the title ids of the game and the dlc match. it's possible it doesn't work on that version, but I have no idea.

edit: also, remember that digital and retail games are usually compatible with each other (not sure if they ever aren't), but will have different title id's. if you need the title id, look in the PARAM.SFO or possibly a better idea is to look at gamefaqs to find both digital and retail title ids for that specific game. it's under release data for the game. I only go there for artwork, since they had a lot of artwork for the minis.
