I tried to transfer a game via lan and when i install Package_List nothing appears
I do all instruction correctly i desctivate windows defander and world wide publishing
and configurate internet cable on pc and ps3 and httpd are allow on firewell
i don t now what is the problem

When you say nothing appears what do you mean exactly? do you have the pkg linker option appearing in package manager?

Make sure you are using PKG Linker 2.0? Maybe double check the app is behaving as it should by watching a video like this:
