DLC help

i am trying to run DLC's for skyrim in PS3_EXTRAS folder that i created with help from aldostools's ps3 tools collection, so i did that, changed it to ISO but i don't know what to do. do i put the RAP files to PS3_EXTRAS folder? do i just change them to pkg and download them?
