PS2 Doubt install OPL

For the full installation of OPL, is only the official OPL and wlaunchelf files necessary? Or do you need more files and programs?

What is the official link to download the pt-br language for the latest version of the official OPL?

in the official OPL what extra files do I need to have to play PS1

Those two are just enough.
Of course, you'll need an entry point to execute them (like FMCB).

Just put the .lng/.ttf files to the LNG folder of your OPL setup.
