PS3 Dualshock 3 with magnetic potentiometer

Hi there, i finally got a real dualshock 3 (i am now above and beyond) and is in perfect condition, feels so good, so much time using trash third party controllers and one redragon controller that was actually good but couldnt play ps2 games and had problems with some ps3 games, it costed me about 50 bucks but is worthy bc it really is in perfect shape, but i was thinking about magnetic potentiometers down the road to like forget forever about drift (is not like the controller have drift rn) and i have the doubt if it the dualshock 3 can have that type of potentiometer. DS3 has two types of potentiometers. The magnetic potentiometer you mentioned has 4 pins, and the resistive potentiometer has 3 pins. They are incompatible with each other.

It seems difficult to find genuine replacement parts, so I kept two DS3s with magnetic joysticks, and they still work very well.
