PS3 E3 flasher trouble

So the E3 isn't doing anything blank Power LED no Blue Lights been tryna figure out how to get it to Power on because everytime I plug my console board with PSU mounted in it triple beeps and I see the fan running

solder nor tristate to gnd. console will stay on so you can flash it with your e3.

Unfortunately if you haven't seen already I had a post pointing out I was ripped off for a fake e3
I know I should be looking again but my pc already stopped working so I had to pull out what's left of my data.. so I'm saving up a lot for an expensive pc. At least my superslim flash was saved on 4.91 fw.
Also in case if you're curious AMD has specifically stated that if any damage was done even by the slightest I get no warranty for that CPU and I didn't OC this pc I somehow lost some connectors in it judging from the firm force I used on it's socket.. yeah this is why I would rather start a completely new build. I also suspect a Power Supply fault so..

Did you try connecting to pc without attachment to ps3? Power from mini USB port and get it updated from sdcard.

You may have issue with ps3 unit on hw side if there is no halt mode after power on. Halt (tristate soldered to gnd).

You dont need an expensive pc for e3flasher. all what you do is just copy the files from and on to sd card. even a 20 year old pc can do that.

If I manage to get hands on firmware then I will confirm if I can duplicate e3 flasher and make it work for nands as well. Atm I'm looking forward to reverse Ic pinout. Nands work to be read on 4 minutes and it's open source with stm32f103vc6t. Only problem is that still needs to desolder from mobo unless I mess with setup in parallel with mobo. E3 is supposed to be stm32f103zc6t or ze6t, basically 100 qfp and 144 qfp pinout. What is more important that sources of build are released from factory in order to boot /read nand/nor up to 4 (idk yet how) and sd card. For normal e3 I'd suggest try update it again with SanDisk 8gb card. Mine came from a fairy holly molly store and it's working. [emoji6]
