PS3 Easiest Method to get Game DLCs?

Hi.

I wanted to know if the above was possible to do on my PS3 which has HEN and Apollo functioning. Do i need other tools aswell or can it work with just these two?
 
easiest way is just activate your account and download the dlc from the psn store. I heard that the store was down on the ps3 a few days ago for unknown reasons (might've been for maintenance). there's no telling how long it will remain active though. I only need the disgaea dlc for like $50 (think there's a bundle) to have all of it for all my games. do note that the ps3 shop now requires money in your wallet (doesn't accept credit/debit cards or paypal anymore), which you can add from a checking or debit card on the official ps3 website. also note that a lot of dlc and games have been removed from the psn store. I noticed that with the dlc for the tales of games, which I guess doesn't matter now that most of them are on the ps4/5. I also wanted the simpsons arcade game, but I read it was delisted after only like one year back in 2012 or 2013 iirc.

I would have gotten it from the PS Store but sadly the DLC im looking for Army Of Two 40Th Day Chapters of Deceit seems to be delisted aswell. Dont know how to get that DLC anymore. I would even pay someone who has it on their account to let me get it off them.

yeah, that's sort of a grey area, since it can't be bought anymore. I think it would still be considered piracy though, which is against one of this site's rules. I wish I could get the simpsons game as well, and even if I had pirated it, I'd still be too afraid of a banning, even if using hen. there are a lot of ways to mitigate the risks, but I don't think I'd trust it even if the risk was 0, because I have too much invested money-wise and trophies on my account. maybe I would feel differently if I hadn't already been banned once, like 10 years ago, but I know firsthand that Sony bans both system and account. system isn't that big a deal, but an account that's on other systems would be. that's why I've never installed hen on my superslim.

If anyone knows anything about this. Please feel free to chime in aswell.
I tried to get the Delisted Chapter of Deceit DLC for Army of Two 40th Day working by downloading the pkg file and setup its RAP file in the proper directory through a turorial. Sadly it didnt work.
Upon launching the game through my disc, it gave me an error saying i didnt have proper permission for the DLC.
