Dont know if this is any help, but i been playing with fallout 3 and mods for some weeks now.
I can share how I activate mods in fo3 and fnv.
I use fo3edit and load every esp I want to use. (have to install the game on pc)
Once every esp is loaded, right click, chose "more" and create a merge batch.
Name it in caps and no space or number.
Add masters, I always use the default esm and all the mod esp.
Then I open all the esp to view the content, mark all of it, right click, and copy as overwrite.
Ctrl + s and save.
Copy it to the game data folder and add it to the fallout_goty.ini
I attach I pic showing mods I have tried.
I believe I got archiveinvalidattion to work by adding something it the ini, read the readme from archiveinvalidattion.
I have not got any big mods working or mods required scrips.

The bugs i found where enemy's don't take damage i tried every weapon. Another one is sometimes the added characters and quest dialogue never play they move there mouth but they dont say anything, some weapons are broken such as the portable Infirmary i followed the instructions to the mod and it gives the big red ! Mark. The game massively freezes at times a way to sometimes fix is is hold l2 r2 and square at the same time when you boot up the game until you see the BOS intro. I'll update you with more bugs i find... And btw the mod pack is amazing thank you for your time and dedication on this i really appreciate it.
 
Is the Bonus Content included in Fallout 3 EE ? The readme says something about the bonus content...??

I don't know if it is, bonus content is inside PS3_CONTENT. Usually back in the old Elite Electronics days it was a separate download. The bonus content only contained videos and themes for the games though.
 
I've tried the Minecraft Elite but for some reason the labels are missing from the select boxes. Just says fj_label on some and even when you get into a game the texture is all messed up then it freezes?! any ideas? Ive tried everything I can think of even installed a 4.65 CFW just in case it was a problem with 4.82 but still the same?

You'll be waiting a while then, there's a post on here stating these projects are no longer supported or being updated anymore.

It would be better to mod Skyrim yourself, its not hard to mod any of Bethesda's games. Most of the time its put the mod in a cetain folder and the game will boot it, even quite a few PC mods will work on the PS3 version of Skyrim, I have about 30 PC mods installed on my PS3 version of it.

Best of all these mods don't need CFW, they would work on an unmodded PS3 if you backup injected them on OFW.

For Skyrim just put any mods BSA and ESP/ESM file in the Dragonborn DLC DATA folder and they will be booted on next playthrough. Some Mods that need SKSE will not work on PS3 and some mods that need Skyrim UI will not work on PS3> The immersive amours and weapons work, levelers tower v3.6 works.

Just beware that the more mods you add the longer the loading screens can be, and too many large mods can cause the Infinate loading screen loop.
