Error 403 and 404 when accessing the site

I've noticed lately that the site has been behaving strangely when I access it.
Today I experienced these errors:

403
404

Yeah.
I also had this problem today but I guess it has been sorted out.

The errors are more frequent than in 2023 and 2024, the time I've been here.
When these aren't the errors, a "video" is displayed instead of the site's "index," which is somewhat suspicious to me, or some things get "out of order."
