PS3 Error 80029515

Hi all I know this is the wrong forumn but some help would be appreciated. I'm getting the error 80029515 when trying to play any game and I believe it's because my act and dat files are invalid. So i need to re dump them onto my USB however on the act idps dumper it says supports upto and including 4.90 HFW and were on 4.91 HFW. what do I do?

The GitHub repo was updated for 4.91, i guess i didnt update the website yet.
