PS3 Error 8002F281 while trying to reinstall CFW

Hello!
A little while ago, I was running
Littlebalup's 4.92 dual boot firmware, which was working fine. When it was time to switch back to CFW, I tried updating back to Evilnat 4.92.2 PEX via update by usb. After the initial installing screen, the PS3 cut video, and is now unable to boot at all.

Trying to install the update via recovery mode is giving me the error code 8002F281.
How should I go about fixing this?

Check the health of your hardisk using laptop or pc if it's 100% just format it on the system then put it back in the ps3 and update it. But if your hardisk health is low my advice is to get another hardisk

Thanks for the reply! I did end up fixing the problem by formatting the hdd, like you said. I didn't check the health of it though, which is a good idea.
