PS3 Error 80710A06 in PS3 slim 4.90 cfw

Hi, when i try to sign in my ps3 appears the error 80710A06, i watched a lot of youtube videos and asking in forums (try in hen, dns, etc) but no one has the solution. Sometimes, randomly , the ps3 sign in correctly, and i can play all games online without problems. I live in cuba and in here we got a lot of problems with the internet, but when the connection is really fast, dont work.

If anyone know something i can do for fix this problem, pls tell me

Lamentablemente, no lo he podido solucionar. Pero las pocas veces que me ha funcionado, ha sido usando loa datos moviles anclados a la ps3 y en horarios cuando la conexion esta buena (Mañana y madrugada).
