I've been using Aldo's amazing tool collection for a long time now, but since I updated to a more recent version a few weeks ago, ContentID constantly throws out this error when trying to repack certain game folders:
(Looks like something is kaputt on this website, the above space in package.conf doesn't exist)
This only happens with specific PSN games, and I didn't encounter any non-working seperate game updates so far.
I noticed that while repacking stuff as PKG a file called 'package_(xxxxxxx).conf' gets created in the ps3tools\tools\ dir.
This doesn't happen when ContentID fails and only shows the error message above.
Here are some games that I am unable to repack (it worked with an earlier version of ps3tools):
NPEB00564 - LIMBO
NPEB01201 - Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
NPEB01270 - Terraria
All I usually do is right clicking on the folder and selecting 'Make PKG...'.
I include the latest game updates and or DLCs but I don't resign anything.
After downloading the latest version of ps3tools which is 2.7.38 and searching for updates, the problem still persists. Thanks for your time.
Creating package...
Cannot open file: "C:\Users\Koto\ps3tools\ps3tools\tools\package.conf"
Done.
