Error launching games in pkg format with hen 3.0.2

Every time I want to download a game from any store in pkg format, my console changes the screen to black with the information about installing version 4.87 or later. I really need help with this, since it does not happen to me with the games on disk or in folder format, only with the pkg with the hen started.

Things I have tried:

- Put my console in safe mode, I restored its database and its file system.

- Install the original update 4.87, then I installed the official hfw 4.87.1 with its activator hen repeatedly

I switched to hen 3.0.2 because its previous version that it had (3.0.1) tended to turn off all the time (my console's problem is not overheating)

Until today I have not been able to solve this problem. I actually need help with this.
