PS2 Error running OPL HDTV 1280x720p

can anybody help me? I'm using the OPL 1.2.0 version, on a PS2 90004. I purchased all the themes from the forum, beautiful themes, in fact.
Because they are beautiful, I would like to get the most out of them by using them in HDTV 1920x1080i @60Hz 16bit (HIRES) video mode.
But when I put it in this mode, the screen goes extremely low, leaving it out of frame. And using the HDTV 1280x720p @60Hz 16bit (HIRES) video mode, the screen goes dark and then the message "Function Not Available - Resolution Not Supported. Change the resolution of the external device" is displayed.
My TV is a Smart TV 65" UHD 4K 65CU7700, I am using a PS2 for HDMI and a high quality HDMI cable.
How to resolve this error?
 
You are using a very large television, I recommend using 29" to 32" maximum for the PS2 and with a 4:3 aspect ratio except for games that have the native 16:9 configuration.
The same message tells you, change the resolution, it can be 480i, 480p or 1080i (only compatible games) (there are games that reach 1080p only if your screen supports it).
What do you mean by "bought" themes? At least in this forum they should be free.
 
I ended up copying and posting a message from a WhatsApp group. Where it has the most beautiful themes I've ever seen for PS2, they cost around $0.5 (R$2). Thanks for your tip, I'll test it on a smaller TV. I will check with the theme creator if I can distribute them on the forum or publish their work here
