Evilnat 4.90 Check gpu/cpu clock doesnt work

Good night people... I'm using cfw evilnat 4.90 (cex) on my ps3, but every time I try to check the gpu/cpu clock frequency in the tools, it says it couldn't check and tells me to restart the ps3... I don't know how to solve this... does anyone Would you help me?

Having a similar issue, adding that if you press L3 and R3 (at the same time) on the XMB to display framerate, the PS3 crashes once it tries to display the frequencies (At first everything seems to work, for 5-10 seconds, then crash)
