The problem of loud noise and sharp fan speed and shutdown

I have a PS3 fat model.
When I turn it on, at first the fan sounds quiet, but then for a few moments the fan starts to spin and the CPU temperature goes up, and then a message says that the temperature has gone up and the device has warmed up and then turned off.
I also searched on Google and YouTube, it is more mentioned, or the CPU must be reball(rebuild,resold) or it must be hit.
I opened it, gave it a hit, gave it a great silicone paste, but again.
I put it under the air conditioner, it worked better, but without the air conditioner, because it heats up quickly, it turns off.
What to do?
