PS3 Fancontrol settings(cobra)

I accidentally clicked on disable fan control how can I reset it back to cfw default controls just shut down my ps3? Which setting is for default on 4.89 evilnat

You can open http://0/setup.ps3 in the PS3 Internet browser or go to webMAN MOD Setup > PS3 webMAN [Setup] to edit the settings and save the configuration.

If you delete /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin webMAN MOD will use the default settings.

Are you talking about the cobra fan settings in evilnat? You can go back and select any fan setting there. You don't need to do anything special. I think the disable fan control just reverts to Sony's stock syscon.

You can leave webman on syscon, and use the evilnat settings under cobra, or you can use webman and ignore evilnat's fan control completely. The upside to webman is that you can monitor and make changes from any device on your network.

If you set your fan in webman, you can ignore evilnat. Whatever you do, you can monitor the fan speed in webman so there should be no reason you don't know what your system is doing.
