Apologies for posting a link. I only added because you asked which romset I was using. And didn't think cps123 romset where still under copyright.
Anyway I have read the rules and this will not happen again.

I don't have time to check my roms at present, maybe tonight when I get home, which romset are you using?

Just wanted to add and make it known that it was not my intention to break any copyright, I was simply trying out different romsets due to the ones i had wasn't working.
I do actually own some of these game cartridges from the various systems FB Neo RL Plus emulates, and wanted to enjoy the games I used to play. If I had the equipment I would rip my own romsets.

Is there a place I can actually purchase an legitimate romset that doesn't infrige any copyright ?

Clrmamepro adjust my roms for me. It' uses an official romset XML, read all your folders roms and make the right romset.

@Crystal I can't play CPS-2 games, the problem is not with roms, because I can play normally on any other emulator.

I make an example for you with my rom ssf2 (Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers)
Open ssf2.zip with winrar to see files, file lengths and crc32.
Check them with this:

Put that zip file into a ps3 folder named as you want but NOT mame125 or Mame125 or MAME125 etc etc
Set that folder inside OPTION LIST of FBNeo Rl Plus:
I put it in my ps3 folder /dev_hdd0/ROMS/myromstests:

Make a rescan of paths for ROMs
Select it to start....

Unfortunatly last 2 release of FBNeo RL plus have a bug inside Retroarch layer that crash PS3 when send a message on screen too long and it happen for example when you try to load a save state or when retroarch layer would inform you if a roms isn't good.
I have already fixed that bug (also retroarch guys used my solution) and you have to way for next release.
But if your ssf2 rom is good, you will play with it.

I have no idea how to scan CPS romsets in Clrmamepro. I know how to add a profile and scan for mame, but how do i add a profile for CPS ?

From "INSTRUCTIONS" Tab of first message of this thread:
Amiga:

• Put kick34005.A500 (KICKSTART file) in E-UAE folder [ /dev_hdd0/game/FBNE00123/USRDIR/EUAE ];
• Put amiga romset games in a folder named amiga (case unsensitive);
• Select amiga folder as one of 12 games folders in the FB NEo RL Plus Options or put it inside a previous games folder (so as subfolder) already selected (from v2.12) and make a new scan folders;

Example 1, R-type game:
download freeware game from official page, rename ZIP file in rtype.zip, put it into your amiga folder and make a new scan folders;

• Compatibility with OCS/ECS/AGA Amiga games;
• Name format following MAME Software List ROMs nomenclature. For single floppy games uses IPF, ADF or ZIP extentions, for multiple floppy games uses ZIP extentions (inside zip there will be all floppy disks in IPF or ADF format). Supported HD games installation using HDF extention;
• Amiga games need bios (Kickstart) to be inserted in the E-UAE folder (/dev_hdd0/game/FBNE00123/USRDIR/EUAE). kickstart rom files are:

I checked, it looks ok... tell me more... only tiring to scan a single folder? after a first scan? with or without snes upgrade pack?

nes upgrade will the next, but you can start right now nes games using FBneo core ingame menu (Load Content), if nes games are inside a folder named nes

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx- This is the romset iam using right now and its ok.

This is the ROMS folder i'am using. It is added like a single folder /usb000/ROMS

Remove link to roms, you are breaking psx-place site rules.

The problem could be the limited stack size of our poor PS3. Try do remove some sub folders, avoid 3rd level of subfolders and try again.

While ingame, Quit to FB Neo from L3+R3, closes the application and returns to xmb instead of returning in.

After some tests, i found a my snes rom (metalmar.zip) that make a black screen on PS3 without to keep me the possibility of to call in game menu. snes9x core doesn't ckeck CRCs of roms....
About back to FBNeo RL from in games menu... i tiring to replicate that issue... for you it happens oftet? When?

Forget nes games on FBneo core.... too slow. They need another core, maybe nestopia....
