PS3 Feature request - Lock CFW tools with parental controls

I happened to run across a post on Reddit and thought it might actually be worth considering.
Basically, if parental controls are turned on, the CFW tools menu should be disabled, or alternatively ask for the PIN to access. There are a lot of options there that could seriously mess up the console and probably most parents would not want their children messing around with them.
@Evilnat you think that's possible?

I just did a quick test using webMAN Mod, and it's feasible.

Here's what I did: I created an XMBML menu that opens the web browser with a prompt to enter the username and password. If the credentials are correct, webMAN Mod executes a remap and refreshes the network category, so the CFW tools are displayed

BTW why can't we just display the on-screen keyboard that you get in the regular settings menu when you need to input text?
