(Feature request) Toggle fake QA

Only for debugging but will work only when you enable HEN but the tricky part is disabling them manually so this is why I am suggesting this @esc0rtd3w @Joonie

Might as well consider this feature not feasible since like the silk webkit replacer technically allows TRUE QA FLAGS. Right? @bguerville correct me if I'm wrong tho since HFW will no longer exist. Not to mention possibly hypervisor access.
