Final h-encore is an exploit for PS Vita that allows to launch homebrew.
It supports FW from 3.65 up to 3.74.

Installation Configuring HENkaku How to Install final h-encore video
  • Installation:
    1. Copy the contents of the FinalHE_v1.92_win32.7z and extract it on your computer.

    2. Download and install qcma:
      https://github.com/codestation/qcma/releases.

    3. Here is more info how to Block Updates:

      If you do not have a PlayStation Network Account, create one.

    4. Launch qcma.
      If you are prompted to allow finalhe network access through the firewall, do so.
      Make sure that offline in options is selected.

    5. Launch "FinalHE.exe".

    6. Connect PS Vita via cable.
      In vita find Content manager -> Copy content -> PC

    7. "Trim h-encore to ~7MB" is only supported for 3.68 or below.

    8. Select "Let's GO!"
      The exploit files will be automatically downloaded and prepared.
      This process will take some time.

    9. Select "PC -> PS Vita System" on your device.

    10. Select "Applications" -> "PS Vita" -> Final h-encore.

    11. Select "Copy".

    12. Select "OK".

    13. The final h-encore exploit will be copied to your device.

    14. This process will take some time

    15. Close the qcma on your device

    16. Close final h-encore on your computer

    1. Launch the Settings application

    2. Navigate to HENkaku Settings
      • If HENkaku Settings is missing, select the "Reset taiHEN config.txt" in the h-encore bootstrap menu, then try again

    3. Check "Enable Unsafe Homebrew"

    4. Return to HENkaku Settings menu

    5. Close the Settings application
