Careful, I soft-bricked my CECHA model attempting the 4.46 downgrade / then upgrade 1.5 tb method fyi. It took the drive upgrade, booted back into XMB, but when I tried to go back up to current CFW it started the process then shut itself off after it scanned the PUP file in XMB. It now won't boot into XMB, and refuses to see any HDD I put into it even in recovery mode. It sounds like i'm likely going to have to flash my nands now with some backups I took.View attachment 35096
So I just scored two of these for $55 each if anyone is looking to expand the internal capacity. My 2tb was just way to finicky. For the price I will upgrade both of mine.

That's a sweet mod man. I wish I had that setup on mine. Any advice on my easiest way back to a working console by chance? I know I need a teensy for sure. I've been trying to look into everything i'll need but most of the available info is regarding downgrading. I do have 2 nand backups taken from Bguervilles toolset site, so i'm really hoping I can get myself out of this soft-brick.Gotta teensy++ installed in mine for just such instances.

Yea i'm realizing it's going to be no walk in the park. Is it best to solder the teensy into place on the nands or to use something like the 360 clip? I'm a little sketched out on the idea of de-soldering my nands. I don't wanna hit them with that kinda heat. The software I have is a private beta the dev hasn't made public. First get your teensy++ installed and make a dump then we need to compare the two make the patches needed and can be fixed. NAND systems are a bit rough as when a softbrick happens you can't recover like we can on NOR flash models.

Hmmm, yea i messaged the person that did your mod to see if they might be able to help. If you know of anyone else that is capable of such repairs, i'd love a referral. The 360 clip caused issues for me. Wouldn't stay stay seated without using clamps so I paid someone to do mine.
