PS2 FMCB 1966 EXFAT freeze with usb memory

Hello! I have my PS2 slim with FMCB 1.966 EXFAT and OPL 1.20. Fmcb remain stuck on start up logo if i have plugged usb memory stick EXFAT.If i use mx4SIO adapter with memory card in EXFAT not have problems but with usb memory in exfat fmcb frezee. Why is this issue?

I got BDM Assault v1.1.0
I unzipped the content
From the folder: BDM Assault/Read to use/FreeMCBoot/SySConf I copied the two files: "USBD.irx USBHFSD.irx" to the destination: MC0/Sys-Conf
Now FMCB not frezee when i have plugged usb memory in EXFAT.
I put 2 games in my mx4sio card EXFAT: MK Armageddon.iso and Midway arcade treasure.iso, MK Armageddon work good but Midway Arcade frezee randomly.
