PS3 Fps counter in PS3 games

Hi guys,
I was wandering if there is any homebrew app on PS3 CFW that can show FPS while playing a game? As is the case with FRAPS on PC.
By the way I am using REBUG 4.86 Lite.

Maybe the framerate counter could be done with Webman ? If not , i think you best bet is a capture card ( best if it has component-in , because capturing through HDMI could be problematic because of HDCP protection )
