Not much info I have right now as I'm about to head out to a grocery store.
Anyways hes getting this error "memorycheck 000000008fd8"
hes reinstalled 4.90hfw, 4.90 ofw, swapped between hfw and ofw, reset console settings, as well as wipe browser cache/history and disable browser exit question.
Honestly not sure what else he can do, so I am asking you absolute legends (Karl Jobst reference jajaja) to please help my friend and I figure this out.
EDIT: I told my friend to restore default settings and also try a new user profile and one of those fixed it.
