Game save data from 6.72 to 7.55

I want to transfer game save progress from jb 6.72 game - no man's sky ver 2.14 to JB 7.55 no man's sky ver 3.14 (game shows ver 1.0)
How to transfer save progress data?

I can't guarantee this will work, but your only option may be save mounter. do note that some saves require a specific version of the game. I only encountered one of my saves that way, and it was trials fusion (the first game I bought on the ps4). it required an update to be recognized otherwise it didn't work. this was moving the save from one account to another on the same system with the same firmware. I know that a different system will work, but I don't know if firmware will pose a problem.

I read on YouTube comment that one can actually brick PS4 using save mounter by injecting etc is that true?

not likely. the worst that could happen is probably a corrupted save. some games fluctuate in size, so there's a cursor in save mounter to create a fake save iirc. I've never tried that option though as none of my saves required it.
