Console: PS2 Fat, PAL, 50003
Exploit: FreeMCBoot and FreeHDBoot
OPL versions tried: 1.2.0, 1.1.0, 1.0.0, 0.9.3, 0.8
Used HDD adapter: Official Sony network adapter + Official Sony 40 Gb HDD (Connected through IDE, I dont have SATA adapter yet)

Good evening, I have bought a ps2 fat second hand recently. When meeting with seller he showed me that everything is functional. He used FreeMCBoot memory card (which I have now) and 10th anniversary version of OPL. (I didnt check the exact number)
Due to accident during putting games on the drive, it seems I have broke something either on drive itself or during formatting. (Which may be wrong because FreeHDBoot works and the drive itself just reads on my pc fine)
The issue looks like as follows:
1) Console starts fine
2) OPL starts fine
3) When I try to launch game:
3.1) If its PAL: I get Pink, Green, Pink color flicker and then screen is stuck on white color
3.2) If its NTSC/NTSC-J: I get Pink, Green, Pink color flicker and then screen is stuck on black

In both cases there is no sound or any control option. Only way to get out of this is a console reset.
I tested:
1) Launching from different versions of OPL (Listed above)
2) Launching from different exploits (Listed above)
3) Three games: God Hand (NTSC), FlatOut 2 (PAL), Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix (NTSC-J, patched with english but works fun on emulator)
I looked up the issue and in alike cases, people suggested to use modes or mode combinations but those didnt work either. Still stuck on same issue.

Issue persists and I am a bit lost what I may have done wrong here. To add games I tried PS2 Batch and WinHiips.
Only guess I have left is that my TV somehow prevents the roms from being able to be played but I dont have an other one to test that yet.

If anyone can suggest a way or at least a theory, I would appreciate that.
