Going from HFW+HEN to CFW affects trophies/savegames?

Since I really want to play something on the PS3, but I just don't want to play off the Blu-Ray drive (I'll use MultiMan to create a backup on the internal SSD) and I updated to firmware 4.87, I'd like to go for HFW+HEN for now. However, as soon as the new Bgtoolset releases, I'd like to go to a CFW, but I'd like to know if my savegames and trophies will be kept. If yes, do I have to do anything extra to keep them after I upgrade to CFW?

EDIT: I might seem like a total noob for asking some of these questions lately, but I want to be sure. To my knowledge, replacing a firmware should not affect savegames and trophies since these latter ones are probably stored on the internal drive.

afaik, installing either HFW or CFW is the same to the game data like official system update. But if you're on a HFW, you should install OFW before migration to a CFW. But someone more competent should confirm this as i'm not gamer in fact.

installing any update (ofw, hfw, or cfw) does not touch saves, game installs, or anything like that. if it did, people would lose everything everytime an ofw update came out. it will only overwrite system files, never game files.
