Gran Turismo 4 unplayabable with FDVDB ?

Please, if anyone has this game, maybe you can check with me these steps .

I have Gran Turismo 4 PAL , SCES_517.19 i made a backup of the disc and the resulting ISO has a MD5 of 5b504676595dea8b32cb675993285fca , matching what i found online, so i dumped the ISO correctly , this is a DVD9 game .
After patching with Toxic DL patcher the MD5 is 17910F10E0A6C7588F4B64480169EC28 .
Then i proceed to the final step of using FDVDB Patcher 0.4, to make it boot . I tried using the default ESR r10f_direct , then r10f_direct_off and even r9b_direct_off .
The game loads for only two screens then freezes . I tested on Ritek and Verbatim and i'm sure i burned them well . I tested on SCPH-90004 unmodified . I also have a 70004 chipped and the ones patched with direct_off actually booted on the modchip . Am i doing something wrong or this game is just incompatible with FDVDB ?

Then why don't you try starting it through another ESR-Version manually?

The patcher is not at fault... FDVDB is not introducing incompatibilities... ESR is what is being started and it is solely responsible if a game works or not and GT4 DOES work on ESR...

I did try using r10f_direct , then r10f_direct_off and even r9b_direct_off , i used the FVDB patcher, not the normal ESR patcher. Maybe that's where the problem is . The direct_off variants booted on a modchip but i didn't try on ESR . My intention was to autoboot it . I have given up on it at the moment , but if anyone wants to test ...

Doesn't matter AT ALL,... FDVDB-ESR-Patcher-GUI works with GT4 and DLs AND FDVDB isn't involved/invoked anywhere, when ESR is manually launched and it has been proven a thousand times, that GT4 works with ESR.

Ok, i tested with the ESR GUI and indeed , 3 out of 4 discs work when booted through ESR . But they will not selfboot like they should .

I'm pretty sure i did everything by the book ...SCES_517.19 with DL patch, then Jabu patch . My final MD5 is 348A5DE1DAF93F493E0162B9A0A57102 . Maybe someone can test if he gets a matching MD5 .
