I'm a tinkerer and retro game enthusiast. I've been doing hardware mods and repairs on retro handhelds and consoles for a year or so now and trying to get my kids into the games I grew up with. Currently I'm replaying Xenogears on a SCPH-7501 through SCART to DIY GBS-C on a little 24" LCD next to my workbench. I don't have the space for a CRT, unfortunately. I've repaired and modded many Nintendo handhelds from Gameboy up to 3DS. I just bought a 5501 that I may put a retro gem shiny hdmi mod in for an easier(but still quality) experience converting to modern displays. Looking forward to learning from this place, as I've used the knowledge previously more than a few times.
