Grimsdoomer OPL - Games freezing on start
I have attempted to mod my ps2 the last few days and put 13 hours in today attempting to troubleshoot with only a migraine to show for it. I have a SCPH-30001 PS2. I formated both the USB I used to load grims doomer latest OPL and formated the HDD to exfat and set up volume. Grimsdoomer OPL loads up fine, but after trying 40 games only 1 worked. All games were divided in the HDD as CD and DVD (the only 2 folders I put on the HDD - multiple folders created by OPL). When I load any game with the exception of one it freezes. I have tried multiple download sites to see if bad roms were the case without luck. BDM set to auto and HDD set to auto. I have a 4 TB WD Blue HDD. After spening more than 20 hours researching and troubleshooting I'm at a loss. If anyone us able to assist I'd greatly appreciate it. I'd be more than gladly to share additional information if needed. Thanks.
Edit: Not sure if it matters but I've tried using my wireless PS2 controller (only have this PS2 controller) and a wired PS1 controller)
