PS3 gta 4 crash if you look at trophies while playing

As the title says, GTA 4 crashes after viewing the trophies while playing. Other than that, nothing stops me from playing the game.
I noticed that every time I open the trophies, one or two of them never load, no matter how long I wait. If I scroll up or down, the whole console crashes. Other games don't have this issue, and I haven't found anyone else with a similar problem.
Like I said, I can play normally, but I can only view the trophies if I go back to the XMB.
Does this have a fix ?

It's a problem in the registory.xml, try to reinstall the fw

Nop, I've reinstalled the firmware and still, the problem persist.
Maybe is a problem if the game files no ?

Update: I have look at syscon and I had the 5fff and 2024
And the 5fff match more or less with the exact time the problem happened with the trophies crashing the console, I tried to change the hdd and it work, it's been two week and I can look at trophies without crash.
ps: i was even starting to get random shutdown(those without a beep, no led and no electricity), I thought it was the psu i even buyed one to test but it was not necessary, changing the hdd(original one that came woth my ps3) seems to had fix the problem and looking at syscon now it didn't show the 5fff, strange is that 5fff is said on ps3wiki to be firmware problem, on the emmc flash, but my problem appears to be fixed. I will keep at eye if ithe problem and crashes will come back, then report here
