PS2 GTAIII and GTAVC (NTSC) Modern Widescreen Fix

Daniel Santos, the same person who created the GTA San Andreas modern widescreen fix, also created fixes for 3 and Vice City. The GTA3 fix was untested and not finished. I fixed a small issue, tweaked a few things, and added a FOV fix.

I also tweaked Pedro_PAP's version of Daniel's Vice City widescreen fix. I wasn't satisfied with how the HUD looked in the top right. It was changed to more closely resemble the HUD in the mobile and definitive versions of the game. I tweaked the code to make it resemble the original HUD in 4:3.

If you want to patch directly to the ISO or play on PCSX2, use the appropriate .pnach file.
If you don't want to patch the ISO and want OPL to load the patch, use the appropriate .cht file.

Do you know if there's a way to fix this bug for III? If you keep tapping R1 to target someone, the camera will freak out and keep clipping through geometry all over the place. It doesn't happen with widescreen fixes off so I know it's not an emulation bug.

Oh that's strange. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to fix that. In the meantime, don't tap R1 repeatedly.
