It's probably Irisman, only an assumption though...

We need more information to assist properly & this screenshot does not help at all except to "deduce" that the console runs a CFW already.... [emoji6]
If it's the case & your console is already jailbroken with a CFW installed, you should have an Install package files entry in the games column. Use it to install the pkg files you place on your fat32 USB stick.
For instance go to store.brewology.com & download the latest multiman 4.81.02 pkg. Place the pkg file at the root of your USB stick & plug it into the ps3.
Use the Install package file entry to install multiman. Once done, you will find a new entry on the XMB for multiman backup manager.
Your games can be mounted by multiman as ISO image from the original BD disc or as a folder with all the files extracted from the disc. We call this format made of extracted files & folders games JB folder games.
ISO or JB folder games can be located on internal hdd, on external usb hdd (fat32 and also ntfs for iso only) or on a network server app location(on PC, NAS or Raspberry pi).
To be detected, ISO games should be placed in a folder called PS3ISO & JB folder games should be placed into a folder called GAMES.
The recommended way is to use ISO games & I suggest you use a ntfs external HDD to store the iso files.
You can make iso files on PC with Rudi Rastelli PS3 ISO Tools (get it from our Resources section) or directly on the PS3 with multiman. There are various other backup managers you can use as well like Irisman, Managunz, webMAN-MOD... Actually webMAN-MOD is usually considered essential due to its dynamic fan control feature. Check the webMAN-MOD General Information thread in this forum.
The information above assumes that games are ps3 games, not ps2/psx/psp...
It also assumes that you have a Cobra cfw in order to mount ISO files.
If you don't have a Cobra cfw then you need to install Mamba 3.1.4 from store.brewology.com & launch it after booting or install the autolauncher to make the process simpler.
When you start multiman, it will change into mmCM if it detects Cobra on your system. So if it remains called multiman & not mmCM then you will either need Mamba to mount your iso files or have to update your CFW with a Cobra one.
In the latest CFW, there are 3 best choices from the most simple to the most sophisticated set-up:
1. Ferrox 4.81 Standard CEX to run with Mamba.
2 Habib Starbucks 4.81 v1.01 Cobra 7.5
3. Rebug 4.81.2 REX.
If you are a Noob, I suggest you begin with option 2. These CFW can be found on this forum. Rebug CFW should be downloaded from rebug.me. All brews can be downloaded from either our Resources section or from store.brewology.com.
Remember not to connect to PSN until you have figured out how it should be done. I suggest you read the PSNPatch main thread in this forum to get an idea.
