PS3 HAN Han act/idps dumper notworking PLZ HELP

Ps3xploit tool v3.0 - ps3 han act/idps dumper
i have been trying this for 3 hours strait and getting to same error message

Did you follow all the steps, like making a spare PSN account and activating it. You can't dump the act.dat and idps if they are not on there.

Try to clear browser history and cache also don't forget 1st of all you need to activate your account by activation option in psn account management .

No need to clear browser or anything. If the percentage reaches 50%, just refresh and try

If its initializing, but not dumping the files, it means either you don't have a working FAT32 USB drive in the right port, or you don't have an act.dat+idps to dump.

What steps have you completed? What tutorial or steps are you following?

Make sure the usb is in the correct slot.Usb 000 is always going to be on the far right of your usb slot.
