PS3 HAN HAN Installation Failed?

Hello, I am attempting to install HAN on a CECH-3001 PS3 on 4.82 OFW. The initialization works, but when I hit install, it says:
HAN Installation Failed!
Error copying file(s):
explore_plugin_full.rco
explore_category_game.rco
explore_plugin.sprx
category_game.xml
videoplayer_plugin.sprx

I am using:
tutorial-the-great-ps3xploit-3-0-han-all-in-one-guide.16979/

Anybody know a solution?

EDIT: Now it just fails to initialize every single time.

EDIT 2: WELL I'M STUPID. When I extracted the files, they were still in the folder. I had to move them to the root.

Keep trying,make sure your usb stick is in the right slot if you are selecting usb 000

Clean the PS3 browser cache, cookies, search history and everything you see that can be cleaned.. close browser and try again.

another guy who had a similar problem did what I told him and it fixed the issue for him. I told him to restore ps3 system and install firmware through recovery but u can first just install firmware using recovery and if that doesn't work, u can restore ps3 system using recovery as well as it will completely wipe your ps3.

The thing is, I don't want to wipe my PS3 that I have had for 4 years and have a lot of special memories on it in the form of photos. Also, game data. Maybe I should try downloading again.

Then just reinstall firmware from recovery. This won't erase anything
