Excerpt from the Debug Settings Enabler OP which you should have read thoroughly:

NOTE: Once Installed, You Have A DEX Hybrid and Must Choose DEX Checkbox To Use Exploits or Will Freeze! Restoring Is Simple, Just Replace Files With CEX For Your FW Version!

Did you read the Excerpt?
If you are using dex vsh, you "must Choose DEX Checkbox To Use Exploits or they Will Freeze!"

No, definitely not a replacement of XMBPD, just incorporating some of the features that will work on OFW into HAN Toolbox, basically because its the closest to homebrew that HAN users have right now and its a good POC of the power of XMBML (you might have guessed im a major fan ). Due to the limitations of HAN OFW I reckon I will be getting back to CFW projects like XMBPD soon enough.

It happen after download game from demo downloader,, and error when installing it. Never encounter this error before in 0.3 and 0.4 and totally wondering is there anything I did wrong?
