Having a couple issues with my newly jailbroken Vita

So I jailbroke my Vita a few days ago, and all of that went fine. But I'm noticing a couple things that are giving me issues.

So while I am using PKGj, I still want to download the PS+ versions of games we got from it over the years (Yes I am subbed to PS+). So for instance, Uncharted: Golden Abyss. Normally I would use the PS Store to search for the games I want, as it's a far quicker process than trotting through the Download list. But everything in the store now has a price attached to it and telling me to Buy It instead. They ARE available on the download list, but again I was trying to forgo needing it. So I had found from older posts on Reddit to restore my licenses.

Herein lies the second issue. Going into PSN Account Management, I can sign into PSN just fine with the device setup password...but when selecting "Account Information" or "Privacy Settings" it asks for my password again (annoyingly), and at this point it won't accept the password...so I generate a new one, and it still won't work. I've since restored my licenses on my PS5, but that didn't solve the first issue. Is it just not possible to access those areas on CFW? Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

I may not be of much help, but I'm a psn+ subscriber too. I remember thinking on the ps5 that final fantasy vii remake was a psn+ title in the past. I could've been wrong, but the game had a price tag next to it. I think I may have checked other games, ones I was certain of, and they also had price tags. As a result, I think you can only redownload psn+ games for free fom your download list or library. Pkgj is just downloading the normal pkg link, then downloading the license or work.bin elsewhere.

As for your other question, I have no idea. I could check later on my vita. I have an enso system, one of the few cfw systems I still have out. I'll edit this post with that info, but it could be a while.

Thanks for the reply.

When it comes to the PS5, if you already added a monthly Plus game to your library, the store will already say "Purchased" and just give you a "Download from Library" button. With the Vita I was using the store before I jailbroke it, and it's only been since then that PS+ titles specifically are giving me a price (but are still there on the download list). Any Digital Vita game I actually OWN, just has the download button like it should, so it's a bit strange.

And while the second issue was never resolved for me, I did have someone on Reddit say they could access their "Account Information" and "Privacy Settings" sections no problem, so it's definitely a me thing. Not an issue right now, but it could be in the future and I'd like to understand why. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with PS4/PS5 now having a Passkey set up rather than the classic Password/2FA Sign in process. Since this method automatically disables 2FA (Two Factor Authentication), maybe it screwed with the Vita?

Because You don't have active P+ subscription. Only games bought cheaper on P+ will stay in Your "possession". Those for free needs endless continue P+ service subscription.

If above is not Your case, then RTC is issue here. To licenses work properly, You need proper date & time set (not in LiveArea but internal one).

Is it just not possible to access those areas on CFW?
PSV/PSTV have not CFW. In some meaning we can call it that way thou.

As I mentioned in my first post, I DO have an active PS+ Sub. I reupped on February 18th, and I've been subbed consistently since 2012. How do I fix this RTC thing?

I often log in an answering on very late hours. ^^" So sorry for not read Your post carefully.

If You can sync date & time and it survive cold reboot, then it is not problem related to.

I mean you mention something about "RTC", I'm not sure what that is. I'm pretty new to the Vita homebrew scene. My date and time is set correctly on the actual Vita itself, but I don't know how to get into this RTC menu or whatever it is to check if that's correct. But the Vita has synced my data and trophies and has been reset several times and it's fine. I just can't get into the "Account Information" or "Privacy Settings" section as it absolutely refuses to accept my password (even though it accepts it just fine to log into PSN).

Real time clock. SSL using it and licenses using SSL. That's why it is important.

Anyway, based on what You said. It is not the issue here. Unfortunately, I don't know what is. Last time I log in on PSTV was many many years ago on 3.60.

Last time, I've got some issues with my Vita and the timestamps on the trophies. Got logged in to PSN, so RTC was setup correctly, but still no timestamps at all.

But one day got a crash because of a plugin, so I've restarted LiveArea and voilà: got trohpies with timestamps again.

Perhaps it is needed some kind of refresh on the system, a soft reboot or something, like it happened to me with the UI.
