I just recently rediscovered an old PS3 Slim and was amazed at what you can do with them now thanks to PS3 HEN (mine is not a CFW compatible model.) This place seems like an incredible resource and I'm thinking about writing up my own guide for people who are discovering PS3HEN for the first time like me. I have learned a TON over the last couple days and I'm having a blast experimenting and tweaking things to breathe new life into my PS3!
