PS3 HELP! 2124/2024 errors

So for some backstory, i have a CECHL00 with VER-001 motherboard. I get no display on any tv i connect to, and the reset to hdmi option by holding down the power button does not work. I've been researching this error since it is one of the more rare ones, and seen it is related to the HDMI/AV encoder, so if i change the HDMI encoder chip will it work? Or do i need to change both chips? Or is it something else causing this issue? Any replies will be appreciated also when doing a bringup, about 30 seconds pass and the HDD indicator light will flash yellow once, followed by 1 single green beep, and then 2 green beeps.
It has YLOD in the past but when doing a bringup from syscon on the cmd line, there is no YLOD

Did you manage to fix it? I seem to have a similar problem, except my log is nothing but 2124 errors.
