PS3 Help Activating ACT.DAT on Rebug Lite 4.86.1 noBD

Okay so weird situation here; I recently bought a PS3 Slim Cech-2001a and it came with OFW 4.42. At the time I did not know that the BD drive was faulty. I went to disassemble the system and noticed the drive was not opening and the blue light for the eject button was consistently on but would not eject. I soon propped a screwdriver through the manual eject hole underneath the hdd bay. I got the disc out and made sure to reattach the drive ribbon correctly. The drive makes a mechanic noise when booting up then never makes a sound again until the next boot and so on...

So after numerous journeys of thread searching, and all of them being inconsistent on my issue, I turned to make my own. Here's what happened, I upgraded to 4.88 Evilnat with no problem, it wasn't until I went to update to 4.88.2, when I noticed the failed update at 50-something percent and got stuck in the infamous update boot loop. I had to reformat my hdd to 30GB FAT32 partition on a 1TB hdd. that got the system to read the hdd and restart the recovery process allowing me to swap out the 4.88 with the 4.89 noBD version.
I then swapped over to Rebug 4.85 noBD and then up to 4.86 and now I'm at a halt.
I cannot activate my system to get the pkgs resined with PS3xploit resigner.

I was able to generate a fake or log in to PSN to get my ACT.DAT file. Where things get wonky was the fact that I wanted to use Rebug cfw instead. but now realize Evilnat had the features I needed to resign licenses and generate a ACT.DAT straight from the CFW toolbox. Rebug does not sadly and now I'm left with a problem of how to get my ACT.DAT activated without having to switch my current fw of choice. Is there any way REBUG has a way to do that? Any help would be appreciated. I have Rebug Lite as REX and D-REX do not have noBD builds currently :(

yeah i forgot about Apollo. probably easier than reactpsn. also IIRC 4.86 rebug can activate games/demos just like hen (put rap in exdata folder for full games and just run demoes).
