CE-36244-9 The Download has been suspended. Downloaded content is likely corrupted

My guess is that the .pkg you want to install is incomplete
Hope this helps you

Incomplete ? How can i fix that im downloading these links with jdownloader2 is it because of that or do i need an extra program ?
btw thanks to you all trying to help me on other sites no one helped so far

try this: https://www.sendspace.com/file/7d4uil

it will determine the integrity of the pkg. I've never personally used it though. your issue may be due to getting them on the internet. who knows what you're downloading! there's a pkg view 1.3 that can look inside of ps4 pkgs as well. and, there's a merger if it's multiple parts. all three are different apps which you can google for (probably).

well if it was a retail pkg it would still install you would just get a license error telling to log in to use application. just try it a few times.. it also could be in the creation of the pkg that is failing too, i know the last of us took me three times before it would create with no errors

this makes me wonder if it's the app dumper, gengp4, or fake pkg creator (orbis) causing the problem. the only one of those three to ever error on me is orbis, but that's only when a patch and game were separate, and that's only with digital games. it would create nothing though as it would error almost immediately. the four retail games I own all installed without issue , so I'm not sure.

@pinky
What games are giving you issues. Are with or without updates. I did notice in orbis you can merge pkgs too say for updates. But you probably already knew that lol. I have dumped over 60 games so I have a little experience as well

I believe the list is: Trials Fusion, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Street Fighter V, and Axiom Verge. I'm not sure if they would error as retail versions as these are all digital. however, other digital games worked separately. since I'm still using my original licenses for the games, I didn't uninstall any of them and try a fake signed version. I tried redumping one game, MM Legacy Collection, since it's only half a GB (lol), but I encountered the same issue with its gp4. it would error and say file not found even after checking if the content was in the place listed. together, the game pkgs were created without issue, so I don't understand what could've been happening.

Go4 generator is 1.8 now. Have you tried the new ps+ method? That is weird. All I could think maybe properties of the gp4. Never had that issue. All my dumps were retail, though I did dump a few digital games from other consoles and seem to be working.
The pigs already on PS4 with the proper act.dat or did you get the retail pkg and go that way?

yeah, I've been using 1.8 . the ps+ method? I don't think I've ever heard of that. I own four retail games, and nine digital due to humble bundle. :) I don't know why it happens with certain games. I guess the issue could be with gengp4. I even tried to modify one manually, and it didn't work either. you can see the differences between a patch and a normal app by its gp4, so I assumed it wasn't being read correctly, but after failure, I'm not really sure. I've heard that pkgs can't be created with certain games unless you lump the game in with the patch. it's strange that I'd encounter several of them though.

Yes here's a link. I deleted all mine but it's for plug games but could work

thanks! I think I remember this now based on the payload name (I think it's on here somewhere).

the issues with certain games apparently doesn't affect the games. however, apps and patches are separate on the system., so maybe it will at some point? :-P I don't know where or how the app.pkg files are decrypted.

yeah, they're in two separate locations. updates are in the patch folder. games may be in the app folder (forgot). I think they're both in the user directory iirc.

btw, pkgs you install are exactly the same size as the app.pkg that's stored on the system. I think it's just being renamed and added to the app.db, perhaps other things as well. ;)

was goofing around and ran into DOOM and it was labeled +1.09 patch is that why there was doom pkg then 1.09 pkg both about the same size? the whole game said like 80 gigs. i just figured it was a updated link to the game with 1.09
thats crazy talk.

don't know. my street fighter v patch has two 9GB files roughly, if not exactly the same size. it's confusing what they're doing in there.

the largest game I know if is around 90-100GBs, but that's with patches. I've read that the largest a game can be by itself is roughly 50GBs since there are no known triple layer BD games out there. afaik, the ps4 is actually incapable of reading triple layers anyway.
