PS3 help! blank screen after boot Homebrew

Today I hacked my ps3 and I found that the console will go blank screen (no signal) after launching any homebrew software.
I suspect there is some problem with my process since I first applied flash on my official system.so, I tried doing the following
1.I tried reinstalling homebrew. It doesn't work 2. Install HFW and reapply flash in bgtoolset and then install CFW, it doesn't work
3. Install HFW and install HEN, it doesn't work
.
I don't know what's wrong.

You should not use bgtoolset if you have HFW as bad things would happen. HFW is needed only for HEN or for switching to CFW using the locally-hosted Flash Writer.

Try the following in order:

1. Reboot into recovery mode and do a DB rebuild. Make sure you have a real OEM PS3 controller before you boot into recovery. 3rd party controllers may or may not work. Controllers not designed specifically for the PS3 (e.g., PS4 controllers) will definitely not work.
2. Reinstall the CFW. Get Evilnat 4.90, put it a USB disk and do a system update. If it fails make sure that you use the correct variant (usually CEX or PEX), that your USB disk is properly formatted (MBR-FAT32) and that the update file is properly named (PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP, all caps). If it still fails you're either not currently on CFW or something is messed up.
3. Factory reset the PS3 by removing the HDD, connecting it to your computer and formatting it, then returning it to the PS3 and formatting it again. Note that this will delete everything currently stored on the HDD, so make sure you backup any game saves, either to a USB disk or by syncing to PSN before proceeding. After re-formatting, reinstall the CFW (you should be able to immediately reinstall CFW at this point if you've had CFW before formatting).
4. If you cannot install CFW on step 1 or 3 it means that you might not have had CFW before or it might not have been installed properly. Install OFW 4.90 from Sony twice and then go to bgtoolset and jailbreak again.
5. If you have a super-slim, a 30xx model slim or a 25xx model slim from 2011 onwards then it is not compatible with CFW. Instead you need to install HFW and HEN.
