PS3 [HELP] Error:80010017

After installing a game pkg(tried it twice, once fake signed,once not fake signed)and injected the corresponding rif and act file, but after i start, the game goes into 720p(native rez for the game,which means it loads/boots)then moment after that goes back into 1080p and the main xmb menu. It also spits out a start error:80010017. I tried but chouldn't find a solution on the forums. Thanks for help in advance!​

Hey, i have the exact same problem, did you fixed it?
 
enter Safe Mode and select [Restore File System]

How do I access Safe Mode?
  • Check that the power indicator on the PlayStation 3 system is solid red.
  • Press and hold the PlayStation 3 system's power button for ten seconds. The PlayStation 3 system will shut down.
  • Release the power button.
  • Press and hold the power button for seven seconds. Two short beeps will be emitted and a message will be displayed on-screen.
  • Press the PS button on the wireless controller to start the PlayStation 3 system in safe mode Try this hope it will work.

I am using an extracted ps3 game folder for mine, guitar hero world tour got the same error thought it was the lic pkg I don't think it is know tried safe mode didn't work. Been trying this for a week and I have failed the whole time...got closer and closer I am thinking about throwing the towel. LOl I'm pretty fed up atm.
 
Guys, did you solve the problem?
EDIT: Invalid RAP file is the problem. You should find a new one..

Please provide some info like, what game, ps3 or ps1 ps2.

PS3_GAME folder or PSN pkg..

If PS3_GAME folder. There is no need for rap file. Lic.dat is the key..

If it PSN. Make sure you have a correct rap file. Convert it to rif pkg. Install it. Then install the game. Restart the console. Enable HAN. Start the game

Also make sure the pkg is retail from $onia themselves, and not modified pkg
