I just now received Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing for PS3 in the mail and dumped it to ISO using a BluRay drive on my PC (My PS3 can't read discs anymore). I then copied the ISO onto the PS3 using Irisman and tried to launch the game using Webman. It goes to a black screen and freezes, forcing me to turn off my PS3. I tried three times to start the game and it happened every time.
No other PS3 game I own, dumped, and copied to my PS3 has ever had this issue, even other Sonic games for the system. I tried extracting the ISO into a folder under GAMES on the PS3's hard drive, but nothing changed. I'm using PS3HEN 3.2.2 on 4.86 HFW. Can anyone help me figure out why this game won't start and how to fix it?

I redumped the ISO using this:

then converted the resulting folder back into ISO format using this:
https://www.psx-place.com/resources/ps3-iso-tools.68/
and the game worked like a charm!
