i was installed the needed file for making / compiling webman mod, but there is one sdk called CELL_SDK that i dont know how to install it.
[Help] How to install CELL_SDK on windows for making Webman MOD?

You need the leaked PS3 SDK 4.50 or 4.75. Without it you cannot continue.
I cannot guide how to find it due it is a licensed software.
