when I install a mod menu gta 5 I can no longer send messages when I'm in the game and I press the ps button on the freeze console

I have a hen patch on my Ps3 no jailbreak when I install a menu mod on gta 5 I can no longer send messages in the online and also with the psn chat when I press the ps key freeze and when I open the keyboard in the game its freeze also someone can help me plzz
