help my ps3 fat is stuck in an update loop

so i have a ps3 fat CECHH01 that was on 4.86 OFW i used this guide to jailbreak it to 4.86 rebug lite
it got 60% through the update of the firmware and gave me an error code 8002F14E idk what to do im stumped if its helpful i did backup my system like he says in the guide to my usb drive i think he says to backup my flash just in case but idk plz help me fix this i cant even boot into safe mode it just goes straight to trying to update the firmware


not sure if it matters the only other thing i did before trying to jailbreak it was i took the system apart to clean it and replace the thermal paste

so i just need ot figure out how to get outta this so i can jailbreak it

0x8002f14e error according to the wiki notes:
Code: 
Error with installing Firmware update. (BD)Drive not found or disconnected. 
or CoreOS region failure when in log "Update Core OS Package done(0x8002f14e)"
or Revoke region failure when in log "Update Package Revoke list done(0x8002f14e)"

If you opened the console to clean it & change paste before attempting to install a pup, I would definitely check the BD connections if I were you, ribbon cables don't suffer the slightest misalignment.

update i reseated the blueray drive cable and im now trying to update the firmware will report back how it goes its currently at 30%
