"Help Needed: Installing CFW on PS3 DECR-1400 Version 4.75"

"Hello community, I need your help and expertise to install a CFW on a PS3 system DECR-1400 Version 4.75 (PUP file from **********under the DECR Firmware category). I updated from 4.70 supposedly to use the ps3toolset.com/bgtoolset page, but upon using it and running it, it throws an error with a red icon saying "PS3 Firmware version vs vsh self version not match detected," which prevents me from liberating the console to use a CFW. I've only seen the same model in a YouTube video of someone with CFW REbug playing precisely a Gears of War 3 Beta on an identical system, so I would appreciate your possible help and ideas to install this CFW in the best way possible. Thank you all."

Hay que usar el OFW 3.55 para DECR ps3 dev kit
De ahi saltar a REBUG
Y de ahi quedate por que no corren juegos de ps2 ni one ni con agua bendita. Es una buena cnsola para apalanar papeles y hace copias de blu rays de ps3 nadamas. nada sorprendete. fuera de que puede bajar d version cuando quiera

You have to use OFW 3.55 for DECR ps3 dev kit
From there jump to REBUG
And stay there because they don't run PS2 or One games or with holy water. It is a good console to leverage papers and makes copies of PS3 Blu Rays only. nothing surprise you. Apart from that you can download the version whenever you want
